This policy applies to American Ironclad LLC d/b/a ICT Ironbyte. ICT Ironbyte collects information you provide through business-account, request, portal, contact, and intake workflows so we can evaluate requests, respond, prepare quotes, and provide agreed services.
Information collected
Account and request workflows may collect your name, business email, company and role, optional phone and website, company profile, service need, impact, systems, timing, messages, files you choose to upload, policy acknowledgments, consent choices, source page, and request history. The server may store a keyed hash of an IP address for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and security investigation.
How information is used
Information is used to verify and secure accounts, review service fit, communicate about requested work, prepare proposals, operate the customer portal, prevent abuse, preserve audit history, and improve the service workflow. ICT Ironbyte does not sell submitted contact information.
Accounts and retention
Verification and recovery tokens are time-limited and stored in hashed form where practical. Incomplete registrations, security events, onboarding drafts, service records, and audit history may have different retention periods based on operational, security, and legal needs. You may contact ICT Ironbyte with an account or privacy request.
Consent choices
Terms acceptance and Privacy acknowledgment are required to create an account. Optional marketing consent is separate, is not preselected, and may be declined or withdrawn without losing access to requested service communications.
Account verification, recovery, request updates, and service messages are transactional communications. Promotional communication is handled separately and requires its own recorded choice or other authorized basis.
Security
The website uses server-side validation, rate limiting, spam checks, and optional Cloudflare Turnstile verification. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
