Creating an account, verifying an email, submitting a request, or receiving a proposal does not by itself create a client relationship or guarantee availability, pricing, timing, or acceptance of work.

Business accounts

Provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use the account only for a business you are authorized to represent. An email address or matching domain does not prove company ownership. ICT Ironbyte may review, suspend, reject, or archive prospective accounts and requests to protect customers and systems.

Service estimates

Prices shown are starting points. Final pricing depends on scope, urgency, systems involved, number of users, and whether the work is one-time or ongoing.

No guarantee of outcome

ICT Ironbyte works to diagnose and improve technology systems, but results may depend on third-party platforms, vendor access, account permissions, hosting environments, software limitations, and client-provided information.

Acceptable use

Do not submit spam, malicious content, credentials in plain text, sensitive regulated data, or requests involving unauthorized access to systems. Do not attempt to access another organization, request, proposal, document, or internal operational surface.

Requests and proposals

A request is an invitation for review, not a binding quote. A proposal applies only to the identified version and scope. Work begins only through an explicitly accepted and authorized process, subject to any stated dependencies, exclusions, and payment terms.

Third-party services

Projects may involve third-party software, hosting, email, cloud, DNS, automation, analytics, or security services. Those services are governed by their own terms.
